Shaikhul Hadith Imaam Qutubul Aqtaab Maulana Muhammad Zakariyya Kandahlawi Muhaajir Madani Rahmatullaahi Alaihe made a unique contribution to the field of Hadith throughout his blessed life. He authored hundreds of books on different aspects of Islam which includes the famous and the most read book, which has nearly 20 or more transalations, Fadhaile A'maal or the Tablighi Nisaab.

However Shaikhul Hadith, the title which became , deservedly, more used than his own name, which he received from his Shaikh, spiritual guide and mentor, Maulana Khaleel Ahmad Sahranpoori Muhajir Madani, author of the famous commentary of Abu Daud Bathlul Majhood, authored works which reminded the reader of scholars like Asqalaani, Aini and Nawawi et al.
His classical works include commentary of Bukhari called Laami'ud  Diraari, Abwaab wat Taraajim A'laa sahih Bukhari,  Kawkabud Durri A'laa Sunani Tirmidhi and also the Awjaz.

Awjaz is a unique work detailing the Maliki school and also explaining the other schools of thought. It also encompasses spiritual explanation of Ahadeeth and on occasions sheikhs own masterly and unique interpretation of hadith.

This new print has been commissioned by the Shaikh's famous student, Shaikh Taqi uddin Nadvi, Professor of Hadith at Al Ain university, Abu Dhabi. It consists of 18 volumes with Two colour text. The text will be in red during the commentary, it is hardback and printed in Beirut by Darul Qalam.
