There has been an ongoing public debate concerning the purdah, that is the veil that serves to screen Muslim women from the sight of male strangers. 'Segregation' and 'Seclusion' are also the terms being used in the same context. Purdah has been dubbed as discrimination practised in the Muslim community against their womenfolk. This is a false suggestion made with the ulterior motive of creating a rift in the Muslim Family and society to misrepresent Islam as an agent of repression of women.

In this book, the author discusses sexual equality in Islam, the effects of a promiscuos society and the preventative measures which have been taken by the Shari'ah. He also discusses the issue of the segregation of sexes in Islam.

Mashallah this set of books and CD are absolutely fantastic, my children’s all have mp3 players, they upload it and concentrate on each section at a time along with the book, as they finish each section, I upload another chapter on to their mp3 player, I have seen an enormous improvement in my children’s ability to read the quran.
